Parent Review Sessions

At Clear Spaces Counselling, parents and carers are an important part of the journey. While counselling is focused on the child or young person, we know that progress is strongest when families feel informed and supported.

What is a Parent Review?

A Parent Review is a dedicated 30-minute session offered after session 5 and/or session 10. '

It provides time for parents or carers to reflect together with the counsellor, share updates, and explore practical ways to support the child outside of counselling.

  • Family insights: Space for parents to share what they are noticing at home or school.

What to Expect.

  • Practical strategies: Gentle, realistic suggestions for supporting emotional wellbeing day to day.

  • Collaborative approach: A focus on teamwork, ensuring the child feels held by both family and counsello
