Clear Spaces Counselling is not a crisis service.

If you, your child, or a young person you care about is in immediate danger or needs urgent mental health or safeguarding support, please contact one of the services below.

These organisations offer 24/7 help and are trained to respond to emergencies, serious risk, or safeguarding concerns.

Mental Health Crisis Support

If a child or young person is experiencing a mental health crisis, you can:

  • Contact your GP for an urgent appointment

  • Visit your local A&E if they are at risk of harming themselves

  • Call NHS 111 for guidance on accessing emergency mental health services

If You Are Unsure What to Do

If you are worried about a child’s safety but do not know who to contact:

  • Call the NSPCC Helpline for guidance

  • Reach out to your local Children’s Services or Early Help team

  • Speak to your child’s school or GP for coordinated support
