Adolescent Counselling (Ages 12–18)

Growing up can feel overwhelming.

Being a teenager means navigating big emotions, shifting friendships, and life-changing decisions, often all at once. For parents, it can be hard to know how to help.

That is where we come in. At Clear Spaces Counselling, we offer a safe place for young people to share what is on their mind, without judgment or pressure

When counselling can help.

If your teenager is:

  • Feeling anxious, stressed, or low in mood

  • Struggling with friendships, family conflict, or bullying

  • Under pressure from school or exams

  • Exploring identity or self-esteem issues

  • Coping with big changes or past trauma

Counselling can give them space to pause, reflect, and find their voice.

  • Sessions are led at the young person’s pace

  • We use tools that fit their style, such as visual check-ins, creative prompts, or guided conversations

  • Everything shared is confidential, unless there is a safeguarding concern
