Adolescent Counselling (Ages 12–18)
Growing up can feel overwhelming.
Being a teenager means navigating big emotions, shifting friendships, and life-changing decisions, often all at once. For parents, it can be hard to know how to help.
That is where we come in. At Clear Spaces Counselling, we offer a safe place for young people to share what is on their mind, without judgment or pressure
When counselling can help.
If your teenager is:
Feeling anxious, stressed, or low in mood
Struggling with friendships, family conflict, or bullying
Under pressure from school or exams
Exploring identity or self-esteem issues
Coping with big changes or past trauma
Counselling can give them space to pause, reflect, and find their voice.

Sessions are led at the young person’s pace
We use tools that fit their style, such as visual check-ins, creative prompts, or guided conversations
Everything shared is confidential, unless there is a safeguarding concern
