Sometimes feelings are too big to handle alone.
Every child and young person deserves a safe place to share their feelings. At Clear Spaces Counselling, we use creativity, warmth, and care to help children, teens, and young adults feel understood and supported.

Online therapy that meets everyone where they are and with warmth, safety, and creative therapeutic tools.
Our Approach.
Every child and young person has a story. Some express it with words, others through play, art, or movement. At Clear Spaces Counselling, we meet each individual where they are.
We use warmth, creativity, and trauma-informed practice to make therapy feel safe and approachable. Sessions may include gentle conversation, drawing, games, or reflective exercises, depending on what works best for each person.
We also support parents and carers, sharing progress and guidance in a way that respects privacy while building trust.
